Pratt-Fields Home Please, Inc. (PFHP) is focused on providing homeless women ages 18-35 and children school age to age 10, transitional housing for domestic violence families and homeless families who have lost their homes or housing for whatever reason and find it necessary to Start Over.

Many of these families will complete the program regaining their pride, identity, and a place in our community. Applicants must demonstrate that they are working towards positive lifestyle changes, in order to support themselves and their children. Our goals are that none of the women who complete our program relapse.

Our program: Case Management, Mentor Program, Parenting Class, Job Readiness, Education/Computer Literacy Program, Money Management Skills, Spiritual Emphasis, and referral to outside services. Furthermore, assists homeless families with finding adequate housing, furniture, employment and gaining financial stability needed to maintain self-sufficiency. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations.
