Pratt-Fields Home Please, Inc. (PFHP), is a non-profit organization.
PFHP, provide transitional housing for homeless women with children to empower, promote positive parenting, and to achieve lifelong success in our society.
A requirement for admission:
- Single women who between 18-35 years of age.
- Must have physical custody of their children.
- Each client must work towards self-sufficiency.
PFHP, will provide shelter and services that includes, but not limited to: Case Management, Drug Mentor Program, Parenting Class, Job Readiness, Education/Computer Literacy Program, Money Management Skills, Spiritual Emphasis, and referral to outside services.
Our services are based on the belief that our clients needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire staff are committed to meeting those needs.
